FRENCH LANGUAGE COURSES ENROLMENT
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION (extracts)
- Minimum age is 18 (16 with parental consent).
- Before enrolling, please be sure that you need / have entry and visa requirements. The school cannot be held responsible if you cannot obtain or extend your visa with a certificate of pre-enrolment or enrolment in any one of its courses.
- Fees must be paid at latest upon enrolment or re-enrolment. Monthly fees are indicated for a 20 days session.
- If you have to cancel your pre-enrolment before your arrival in France, your written request and the original certificate must reach us at least 2 weeks before the beginning of your course.The fees paid will be refunded after a deduction of 50 € for administrative cost. All students having obtained a visa for entry in France must attend the course and no refund can be made for non-attendance.
Bank holidays are not refunded
- When a student starts a course, payment is due for the length of time chosen by the student when enrolling. No refund or postponement can be accepted if the student leaves the school before the end of his/her course or if he/she is absent during the course, except serious reasons (medical certificate).
- The school may modify the prices at any time without prior notice. The school may cancel a course if the number of students is not sufficient. - For all exams, dates and expenses are decided with Alliance Française de Paris, the Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de Paris and the Academie de Nice.
- All students should be insured, at their own charge for health, accident, public liability.
- Enrolment in one of our courses implies your agreement to the formalities and present conditions of enrolment. Cases of litigation will be placed in the hands of the Court of Nice for their decision.
